Mike founded Mid-Tech Services in 2008 after working for many years in the maintenance industry.
Using his extensive experience in the field and his determination to succeed, he has pushed the business to grow and become a success which has led to the launch of Mid-Tech Engineering Projects, specialising in Mechanical Installation Work, Plant and System refurbishment and re-fits and Project Management.
With the rapid growth of Mid-Tech, Mike continues to play an extremely active role within the business, keeping his finger on the pulse and driving the business forward.
Health & Safety/Compliance Manager
Ian has over 30 years of experience in the Building Services industry in a wide range of role and positions. During this period he has worked with a large number of blue chip clients. His objectives are to ensure that the company’s activities are carried out safely and without accidents or incident and comply with its ISO and OSHAS accredited procedures and processes. Ian is an IOSH Technical member and is responsible for maintaining our accreditations including Safectontractor, CHAS, ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and OSHAS18001:2007.
Becky SheridanSales and Marketing Manager
Becky previously worked for a large, multinational financial institution and has transferred her skills into her current role and is determined to ensure the growth of the company. She is keen to keep the business current and in the forefront of people's minds by redeveloping the company website and increasing their presence on social media. She is invested in building the brand of Mid-Tech and in addition to maintaining a strong relationship with existing Clients, she is working to increase and develop the Business to Business Client base.
Clare MannOffice Manager
Clare is a self-motivated and enthusiastic member of the team, responsible for managing the office. She has extensive experience of running service desks, office management processes, and is fully conversant with all aspects of contract management and administration.
She is the key contact for accounts, HR and customer care.
