Our Solution

With designs finalised, this modern office space was evolved.

We began this project by installing 9x wall mounted air conditioning units ranging from 3.6kilowatt to 9kilowatt of power throughout the interior of this office. All of these units are on remote control to allow for maximum flexibility for the office staff.

Along with this, our team installed a Heat Recovery Ventilation (HRV) unit and all corresponding ductwork, pipework, cable and drain lines. HRV units are energy recovery ventilation systems which work between two sources at different temperatures. Heat recovery is a method which is used to reduce the heating and cooling demands of commercial buildings. By recovering the residual heat in the exhaust gas, the fresh air introduced into the air conditioning system is preheated. These systems typically recover about 60 – 95% of the heat in exhaust air and significantly improve the energy efficiency of this office space.

Finally, the 2x Panasonic ECOi EX outdoor Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) condensers arrived flatpack to the site. No crane access resulted in our engineers having to manually move these parts and build them in place. Heavy duty and thankful for our team having big muscles!
