Maintaining and optimising Transport for London’s and MTR Crossrail’s Elizabeth Line train stations.
Mid-Tech Services are supporting Transport For London and MTR Crossrail in helping to create the ideal indoor environment for various train stations across central London.
In May 2022, The Elizabeth Line was officially opened in central London and together with ELM Site Services Ltd, we have been carrying out various facilities maintenance for trains stations across this busy line. The newest railway in the TFL portfolio adds around 10% more capacity to central London’s rail network as well as an estimated £42bn to the UK economy. The Elizabeth line is one of the most complex digital railways in the world, and includes pioneering technology and design and includes Forty-one new and improved stations.
The partnership is the culmination of many years’ work with Transport For London, a true demonstration of Mid-Tech’s understanding of the customer’s needs, current and in the future.
With multiple installations, serving and maintenance works already to have been completed, Transport for London and MTR Crossrail will see the engineering led service delivery model be re-defined and re-structured. This will be supported and delivered by Mid-Tech Services’ highly skilled maintenance operations and central engineering teams.
