Mid-Tech Services win prestigious M&E contract renewal with Midlands Arts Centre.

Mid-Tech Services are pleased to announce that we have been awarded a maintenance contract renewal with Midlands Arts Centre. Opening its doors in 1962, MAC is a pioneering arts complex based in the heart of Cannon Hill Park, Birmingham. They offer a busy programme of theatre, dance, independent cinema, music, comedy, exhibitions, and special events to both the local community and regional audiences.

Awarded for our competitive and reliable services over the years, Mid-Tech will now continue to provide planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance services to one of the liveliest arts centres in the Midlands.

Mid-Tech Services will be working closely with the onsite managers to deliver a high quality, consistent service, focusing on sustainability and energy improvements for the site. Just last year, we successfully undertook a large boiler installation which saw immediate improvements in operational efficiency and energy costs.

In addition to this we will be working to provide a transparent service, working to complete maintenance alongside all of the events in a busy public building. Working with a flexible approach, Mid-Tech’s maintenance team will engage with client input, to meet needs, manage risk, provide energy improvement proposals, and generate life cycle reports to assist with budget management.
