Ownership change, different stable and Mid-Tech Services become a new shareholder of Mr Palmtree.

Mid-Tech Services is continuing the partnership with El Diablo, but an exciting new arrangement now means we also become a new shareholder in the successful and multi winner, Mr Palmtree.

Quite a lot has occurred over the last several months for the Robbin Dickin Racing team. With Robbin stepping down from full ownership and holder of the training license, his 26-year-old daughter Harriet has taken over and will be pursuing her father’s footsteps with this incredible horse racing team.

Having grown up in a racing yard, Harriet has ridden horses since she could walk and has successfully run a string of event horses for several years competing up to 4* level. She began training point to pointers two seasons ago and has taken the very brave decision to take the reins from Robbin as the team also moved location in May 2022.

Parting from Alne Park where the Robbin Dicking Racing team had been located for many years now, Harriet has now completed the big move over to Bourton Hill Farm and have settled in very well. Set beautifully elevated upon the hill above Bourton-on-the-Water, there are exceptional views of the stunning surroundings of the Cotswold countryside. Although, very much in the perfect surroundings to train horses with the quiet countryside, the access links and amenities are all very close and accessible.

Making Racehorse Ownership affordably fun & something that the whole family can be involved in is the philosophy behind Harriet Dickin Racing.

New Shareholder.

Following our highly successful shareholding in the now retired racehorse Thomas Crapper and the injured Williamdeconqueror, we are very pleased to announce that we are continuing to be part shareholders of the beautiful, El Diablo and now Mr Palmtree!

Mr Palmtree running under the stable name as ‘Mr P’, is a magnificent grey gelding, 9-year-old, national hunt racehorse. Boasting a superb race record, Mr Palmtree has accumulated 2 wins, three 2nd place finishes and two 3rds. We’re hoping for more of this in the future.

If you would like to find out more about Harriet’s team, check out www.robindickinracing.org.uk or on Facebook at robindickinracing.

This new share hold gain is very exciting, and we hope our support will be of use to Harriet and the team as they embark on this new journey together.

We hope to see you trackside soon! In the meantime, follow our journey on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram for more handy insights and news.
