Mike Dewey

Managing Director

Mike founded Mid-Tech Services in 2008 after working for many years in the maintenance industry.
Using his extensive experience in the field and his determination to succeed, he has pushed the business to grow and become a success.

With the rapid growth of Mid-Tech, Mike continues to play an extremely active role within the business, keeping his finger on the pulse and driving the business.

Aaron Thorne


Company director Aaron has a wealth of experience in both the installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems. Based in the south east he runs the install division as well as supervising and assisting the southern service team

Clare Mann

Operations Manager

Clare is a self-motivated and enthusiastic member of the team, responsible for managing the office.

She has extensive experience of running service desks, office management processes, and is fully conversant with all aspects of contract management and administration. She is the key contact for accounts, HR and customer care

Sean Hannon

General Manager

Sean ensures that every contract signed by the company contributes to its goals and objectives. He supervises and manages the contract team in an organization and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors.

Ian Brain

Health & Safety/Compliance Manager

Ian has over 30 years of experience in the Building Services industry in a wide range of role and positions. During this period he has worked with a large number of blue chip clients.

His objectives are to ensure that the company’s activities are carried out safely and without accidents or incident and comply with its ISO accredited procedures and processes.

Faye O'Neill

Parts and Logistics Manager

Faye coordinates office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. She supervises administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance. Faye Keeps stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Sam Dewey

Marketing Manager

Sam is the youngest member of the team and is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities, planning and implementing new sales proposals and the overall digital development of business operations.
